Voting: Red Circle goes to left and right while interacting with Voting buttons

Steps to reproduce:

2. Use these addresses down below for testing!
3. Click Approve and decline multiple times, randomly, go crazy.

Expected:

• Votes should be sorted from green to red. First comes all the greens, then red, and for the last grays
