LBP Dashboard: Conversion rate for WETH seems off #604

Steps to reproduce: Navigate here:https://primelaunchtest.primedao.io/lbp/0xcb46EF376a3fE75133EE10688C422307AA8dcEE9 Check the Weth conversion rate, currently 1 WETH = 0,006 Prime. However 1 USDC = 8.90 Prime. Conversion rate seems off for WETH

Conversion rate depends on the current token balances in all of the pools involve in the exchange. A non-funding token will have to go through another pool to compete the exchange.

@BartuCulha Please test the computations by actually performing the swap and see what exchange rate results.
