Project Token Price should not be zero #694

on launch.prime.xyz, after the launch has completed:

The problem is that PriceService.getCurrentProjectTokenWeight is returning a negative number.

The price also should not be negative

It always was negative, just couldn't see it unless you hovered over the number.
