Resizing browser width causes elements inside the Newsletter Section to oveflow #724

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Go to https://arbitrum.launch.prime.xyz/ or https://arbitrum.launch.prime.xyz/
  2. Move your mouse pointer over the very side of the window, click and hold your mouse button and drag the window to your left or right until the newsletter section breaks.

Result:

Marking this optional for the arbitrum release because we shipped with it in the mainnet release (see launch.prime.xyz) and it doesn't see critical.
