LBP: Admin Dashboard should show Unpause Swapping Upon initializing #725

Not sure if we can reproduce this but here's the exact steps about how I found this bug:

  1. Create an LBP (We currently have 3 uninitialized LBPs, those will do as well)
  2. Sign the LBP on Gnosis
  3. Initialize and fund the LBP via admin dashboard -At this stage what I saw in the admin dashboard was "Pause Swapping" and it should have been "Unpause Swapping"
  4. Without touching the button go to the LBP dashboard
  5. Try to buy the project token -Now you will receive an error saying the lbp is paused
  6. Go back to the admin dashboard. -Now the button will say "Unpause Swapping"
