Update the pool token name #734

2 things we need to do on the front end side:

  1. Update the pool token name
  2. Update token symbol

@codebuster22 will supply the rules for the pool token name

Naming Pool Tokens rules (as suggested by Mihir)

Pool Token Name - ${ProjectTokenName} - ${FundingTokenName} LBP Pool Token Symbol - ${ProjectTokenSymbol} - ${FundingTokenSymbol} LBP
