This feature allows to categorize users and provides them specific conditions for buying.

Acceptance criteria

[ ] Build an entire page
[ ] Connected and unconnected state affects the displayed modules
[ ] Class module can be hidden if you don’t have a class
[ ] a label (top left corner) leads to a page on a prime rating website (e.g. http://www.prime.xyz/rating-defi). The link will be fetched from API
[ ] Adapt to mobile view
[ ] Add modal windows
[ ] Has to be deployed to a Celo blockchain only (see Feature Flags ticket)
