The only current location to find a complete list of our up to date rules is on the website. There is no accurate list found on any of the servers or the discord server. This is a pretty big issue as players are just supposed to go on a hunt for the rules or just assume what they can and can't do.
Have the option to use the compass or a command like /rules to open a book that will have all of the main server rules and discord rules for players to read. This book would appear in their inventory when they did the command and would disappear when they closed the book.
Another option is to have /rules give a link to the forums rules. This would be less effective however as mobile/console players would not have easy access to the link unlike a pc player who could open a tab and copy the link in.
