Swearing is against our rules however, Minecraft only blocks the correct spelling of most swear words. It is quite easy to bypass the filter and say what you want. Staff are able to warn rule-breakers, but this can take quite a bit and they can't catch everyone.
Add a pluggin or something that checks what a player says and if it includes any words within a predefined list, then it gives them a warning similar to if a staff used /warn.
Instead of warning in-game, an alternative is to have to flag it somewhere that staff could access to warn manually instead. This would be less efficient tho.
