Many players have trouble understanding certain features on the server (myshop, custom crafting, etc). These are not really explained in any easily accessible place. Many resort to asking in chat about these things, but getting an answer is rare.
Add a command like /tutorial that gives a short explanation of some of the important aspects of the server they are on. Examples include:
Voting, Ranks, Warps, Plots, Teleporting, Prestige, Land, Etc)
Another option is to alert any player who joins the server with a pop up that says something similar to "Welcome! Would you like to see the tutorial for PrimeGames [insert server name]" with an option to say "Yes" and "No" as well as "Don't show me this again". This tutorial would contain similar content to what was described above.
