This bug seems to happen randomly. When a player is mining, sometimes they will break the ore but not actually receive the item. When this happens, they will not hear the usual "ore breaking" sound that normally occurs. The block will turn into bedrock (in the mine) but there will be no loot or accompanying noise. This only usually seems to affect people using near instant-break pickaxes (Efficiency 4 or higher). This can also occur if a person switches between multiple efficiencies or haste pickaxes within their Hotbar.
NOTE: This bug only seems to happen occasionally, so a method to reproduce the bug 100% of the time has not been found
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
Equipt a pickaxe with some sort of efficiency
Mine a block
Error occurs
This just should not happen. They should be able to mine and get the block/ore.
