When attempting to /ban or /mute an IGN that is offline, the staff member will receive an internal server error and be kicked from the game. The individual is not logged as banned so it can be assumed the ban failed.
Type out /ban (Offline IGN) (Duration) (reason) on either the SurvivalV2 or PrisonV2 server.
Hit enter
Internal Server Error message pops up, kicked from the game.
A message stating that the IGN is offline and that the ban command will be run when they try to join again.
Note: This only seems to occur on the Prison and Survival servers. KitPvP does not seem to have this issue. Banning offline players on Kit works fine.
