In the first screenshot on 6) if you enable the last checkbox the program will close itself after applying the specified values. If you then enable the event on logon instead on a system start you can avoid some permission issues I had and you would be actually done with the tutorial. I think that most people would like to use it that way on a daily basis after they found their values.
On a sidenote the full tutorial was kinda bugged for me.
PBO opened itself from time to time when I opened another program or it spammed the notification.
