So as I go to sell materials on commerce, publicly, I post a few sales and then I go to post the last bit I have left and it tells me I can't sell anymore because I don't have that much of said material. Then I go and look at my stock and I have more than enough to post the sale, available commerce slots for the sale but it still will not let me.
For example I just posted a sale of 500 fuel leaving me with 700 and some change. I go to post another sale of 500 and that's when it tells me I don't have enough fuel.
