piano MAP or piano SWITCH #111

naming. map implies whole network, whereas switch refers to this node.

so you are saying we should keep it as Map?

Noah and I were curious whether Piano Switch was a better term than Piano Map. I think since we are used to Piano Map we keep it that way.
