Tuning Keyboard refinements

1. click on key to select, without changing tuning value; number box comes into focus so you can type right away
2. show selected key in some way; perhaps grey out all other keys, or show key with a ^ symbol
3. possibly allow left and right arrows to move to adjacent keys
4. drag works as usual
