VST state save/load is not working again #85

not sure why, I thought this was fixed.

This is likely to do with the addition of default galleries as binaries, and confusing them with the bitKlavier_resources/documents folder galleries. I haven't thoroughly tested it! PS do you need a hand in today's class?
