Provide an open-access copy of your data, with a brief readme file with a brief description of the data, structure/organization, and data types.

[x] complete metadata cleanup
[ ] generate all derivatives
[ ] write README file

METS/ALTO metadata for the pilots is now complete. I've discovered some glitches in Mask's MODS (bmtnaau), and these are preventing clean re-generation of the TEI derivatives (which cannot simply replace the existing derivatives, because the latter contain hand-edited msDesc elements; they need to be merged, using existing code).
