Consider either making better use of the github pages site or getting rid of it and only using the documentation folder. I think the way they are mixed now is confusing and disorienting. Personally, I liked the format and presentation of the github pages site and the docs folder presentation doesn't seem as nice. If you converted from the .org format (whatever that is) to markdown, you could easily display the content both within the repo and on a github pages site as a more user-friendly option for people who prefer an actual website.
