As a content admin, I want a provenance field on the document detail page so that I can note the origin and aquisition history of fragments when available.

• [x] Add or edit a Fragment. There should be a new field called provenance. Add provenance info for this fragment and save it.
• [x] Add or edit a Document. In the Fragments section, choose the fragment you added provenance to, and save the document ("save and continue editing"). The provenance of the Fragment should now appear in the Fragments table, next to its images and other metadata.

Describe the solution you'd like I'd like a free-form field on the document detail page that will record provenance information for fragments. The information itself will be tied to fragments but should appear in the corresponding document detail pages.
