As a public site user, I want to see the translation/transcription editor on the "select bibliography" tab of the doc detail page so that I can clearly see which scholarship records have been digitized on PGP.

On the QA public site:

• [x] Navigate to some document detail pages. The "scholarship records" tab should now be called "select bibliography"
• [x] If the doc has images/transcription/translation, clicking on the select bibliography tab should show the image/transcription/translation viewer

Describe the solution you'd like In addition to the transcription/translation editor available on the main doc detail page, we also want it to be visible on the "select bibliography" tab of the doc detail page (in addition to it being visible on the main tab of the doc detail page). This is so that it's clear which of the secondary sources have been digitized on the PGP, and so you don't have to click back and forth between tabs to figure out where the information is coming from.
