As a content admin, I want to see document dates and inferred dates displayed for people pages in admin so that I can see at a glance a person's active dates and where that information comes from

From the QA site admin, navigate to some people with related documents. (The related documents need to have inferred or document dates on them)

• [x] In the related documents section, there should be a new column "dating range"
• [x] That column should be filled out if the document has either inferred or document dates, and should show the document's full range of possible dates (regardless of whether it is inferred or on-document)

Describe the solution you'd like In the admin, I would like to see the dates (inferred and otherwise) associated with each related document on a person's page. This will set the stage for when we automatically populate the dates active field for each person, but it will also "show our work" and make clearer to the admin user how we arrived at our dates, and what kinds of documents those dates come from.
