As a content editor, when I enter more than one relation between the same two people, I want to receive a message letting me know there's already an existing relationship, and asking me to confirm that I do indeed want to enter this relationship, so that we avoid duplicating relationships between two people.

Describe the solution you'd like An "are you sure?" message should pop up when I'm entering more than one relationship between the same two people so that I can make sure I'm not inputting a duplicate relationship.

NOTE: We can have more than one relationship type between the same two people (cousin and business partner) but we want to avoid entering the same relationship more than once.
