@cmroughan I started running some measurements and making some notes on installation size and how long it takes to run basic python manage commands

It did occur to me, we should probably testing against a tagged version of eScriptorium rather than whatever development version I happened to install, so that our measurements and tests will be more reproducible and then we can compare against future releases.

@cmroughan took me longer than I thought it should have, but this version of the code is now running on the test server - you can see the VM status info in the footer, and you can see from the hostname when the load balancer switches you between VMs.
