Table shortcode should have a side-scrollable option #340

Cf. #335. Our current table shortcode extends beyond the screen on mobile when viewing tables in both Issue 4 features. @rlskoeser says:

I think it needs to be opt-in; easiest would be to specify a class when you use the table shortcode, and we can document the option in the readme. What class-name would make sense to you? horizontal-scroll? h-scrollable? side-scroll ?

I vote for side-scroll.
