Update styles and content for figure 4 #356

Make everything bigger
Add underlines for rhymes
Update the caption and translations
Add additional glow effect for rhyming vowel sounds

Like #355, this is my attempt to harmonize @GDRom's notes and @gissoo's design. I also added a "glowing" text effect to further highlight the rhyming vowel sound, because...idk, it looked good?

@thatbudakguy I like the glow! Please review the design proposals in this comment under #319. Your feedback will help with some suggestions I may have on the details.

@thatbudakguy I like the glow! I wonder if we could use that for highlighting instead of the fade on the phonetic characters in the other figure that you flagged.

I'm going to go ahead and pull this locally so I can resolve conflicts and get your revisions merged in. I think that you, Gian and Grant should review the draft soon and decide whether you want any dark purple interludes or if we should standardize on the gray.
