New I/O files name #3

@logan-nc I changed some names for inputs & outputs.

suffix.fo -> suffix.input the input namelist file;
suffix.fo.h5 -> suffix.h5 simplify the main results file extension;
coils.suffix -> suffix.coils the output coils.suffix file is now changed to suffix.coils to avoid overwriting (input still uses coils.suffix );
.fo.coil.xxx -> suffix.focus the multiple coil parameter files are now combined into one file named suffix.focus;

Suggestions for naming conventions are welcome.

Thanks @StellaratorCoils. This looks good to me. I like that the extensions clearly define the file type!

I am leading a number of experiments this week and hope to get back to FOCUS module development in OMFIT next week. Let's meet next friday to check in with one another's progress.
