Allow using CMake as the build system for ILAtor generated simulator
Tests for all eight configurations

Others:

Bug fixes
Avoid IO flushing to improve performance
Replace chunked string manipulation using formatting library
Disable file comparison based tests
Carefully managing generated temporary files
