Hotfix makefile #5

I would propose we pull hotfix_Makefile, verify it compiles properly and then merge it with the master and NAG_REPLACE branches.

@jloizu Once you think we can close hotfix_Makefile and use other branches, like NAG_REPLACE. You can click the botton Merge pull request.
