Added support for command line parsing #34

Description

Please describe the changes/features in this pull request.

In this pull request we added support for command line parsing of parameter file argument.

Changed the organization of source files. The YAML is more intuitative and robust with force and moment_tensor sources implemented as nodes and STFs implemented as a child node.
