Please describe the changes/features in this pull request.
Deleted read mesh database - the database is now read through mesh constructor. This will make the code more modular. Adding ADIOS database should now be trivial by adding another constructor for mesh and its sub structs.
Setup mesh in fortran is implemented as compute struct. The data for now is only held on the CPU - as I move forward need to update data to be on GPU and set sync routines.
