Issue 61 fix #63

This PR closes #61 by fixing typos in the definitions of ql/qr in HLLC. I am also fixing a bug in Real asq_(Real rho, Real T) in src/eos/general/hydrogen.cpp.

Typically we would apply exclusively apply PRs to the private repo and propagate the changes through the release cycle; this PR will cause the git histories to diverge.

But given the urgency of these fixes, I say we make an exception. The same PR has yet to be applied upstream, right?
