By the end of this week, we need

[x] Create GitHub build environment on white
[x] For both CPF and SCAF, do automatic build test
[x] Start nightly regression
[ ] Automatically sync results to the AWS server

Regression running nightly automatically. Currently, needs to manually sync the results to the AWS server to update visualization on http://13.58.206.207:8050/
