Spec Priv Might Hanged #8

Benchmark: 510.parest, 520.omnetpp, 531.deepsjeng, 541.leela How to reproduce: with inlined, spec priv takes 10hr+

It's just slow. Not seeing any hanging SpecPriv for any SPEC 2017 benchmarks so far (after the change #16)
