Update league selection screen #29

The league selection screen needs to:

  1. At the "Select league" prompt, an option needs to be provided to return to the previosu menu. (Enter "M" to return to the previous menu.)
  2. Advise that league data and fixtures have downloaded successfully.
  3. Offer the option of selecting another league.

This has been done and the option to add multiple leagues at once has been implemented.
