Closing issue #36 and prediction tidying #46

Fixed issue #36 - export and import functions now live in the commonFunctions file. They also ask for a file name before loading or saving.

The predictions list now saves the league the games are in (as long as both teams play in the same league). This is displayed in the display predictions area once for each league.

Added some more leagues.
