Use CI to generate PDFs and upload them as releases #7

It would be an easy task to setup a CI as for example Travis to automatically build the PDFs and upload them to Github Releases.

I'd love that. I did not care to install any LateX compiler locally, so I used ShareLatex to build it manually online. But, because only the paid tier supports Github connections, I had to sync the files manually all the time. ^^
