[MacOS] 'Update' command appearing multiple times in pull-down menu

Description of bug

In the MacOS menu bar, the 'Prism Launcher' menu that contains the 'About', 'Hide', and 'Quit' commands, there's an 'Update' command.

This menu command duplicates over time, so if I leave Prism Launcher open for a long period of time, the menu gets longer and longer.

Steps to reproduce

1) Start Prism Launcher 2) Leave Prism Launcher open over a long period of time 3) Open the 'Prism Launcher' menu on MacOS

Suspected cause

Only idle speculation, since I'm reporting it as an end user, not a developer.

Maybe it's related to automatically checking for updates?

Steps to reproduce:

1. Open Prism Launcher
2. Launch a Minecraft instance or open an instance edit screen
3. Close the main Prism Launcher window
4. Reopen the main Prism Launcher window by clicking the dock icon
5. An additional "Update..." menu option is added (after the first duplication, it seems to only update after launching or killing an instance)
