Can't Run Executable on Windows

I believe Qt 6.7, however I am unsure.

Description of bug

Running the executable file results in no action. I tried from the start menu and from the file explorer (Yes I did try restarting). I also have the latest VC Redist and everything. The program simply does not run. It worked perfectly fine a few days ago, but not anymore.

Steps to reproduce

Run the program.

Update: I waited about an hour after restarting, and the program seems to be running fine for some reason. I have no idea why I couldn't open it before.
