Rename `icons` and `cats` to correct folder names in Prism #47

The icons folders should be named iconthemes and the cats folders should be named catpacks to match Prism Launcher's folder structure.

The icon pack and cat pack downloads don't match the file structure that Prism Launcher is expecting.
