Added old snapshots #5

It was originally intended to add the version hosted at https://assets.minecraft.net/ but as that one got shut down it now uses a backup hosted at https://archive.org/details/assets.minecraft.net-2013-11-13

Note: For testing, set https://raw.githubusercontent.com/jopejoe1/meta-launcher/master/ as the meta server.

Yes, they toke down the site where they where hosting the jars a few days ago.

Maybe should switch to the ones Omniarchive started hosting at https://vault.omniarchive.uk/archive/java/index.html and could also add the other versions hosted by them which were not hosted on https://assets.minecraft.net/.

should be fine for now. Don't hesitate to do that in a second PR though :D
