Adds the flag to all the versions that I could reproduce the crash on. Not marked as fixing #6 since I don't know if this is all the versions.

For some reason, I thought this would just work as is. But we actually don't have a way to set custom JVM args for component versions :thinking:

Nevermind, we just didn't implement +jvmArgs in the model for meta

That would explain why it didn't work on my machine either.
