Provide an English version of the website #214

This is a nice project! While the README is in English, it is a pity that the website is only in Dutch. Providing an English version as well would open up your product to a much wider audience.

PS I am compiling an awesome list for the Center of Humane Technology, a new, non-profit community, and am considering including this project (not sure if this project fits the list, given their problem statement) PS2 I would rename the project from 'mobile-app' to 'prisma-care' as well to make it stand out, more easily findable, but that's personal :)

Thanks @aschrijver for your interest! You're right, that would open it up to broader audience. But the product we're developing is still in a testing phase, and we test and promote it locally in Brussels, Belgium. For the moment we focus on making things work in Dutch with our limited resources.

The README is English so that international developers could pick it up and contribute wherever they are. We hope that we can later also expand the project in other languages.

Thanks for including us on your list! I'm personally interested in the Center's mission.
