Generating protocol.json from burger extracted data #159

a bit similar to https://github.com/PrismarineJS/minecraft-jar-extractor/blob/master/protocol_extractor.js

GarethTheGreat from #mcdevs uses burger data to generate c++ classes to handle the protocol, so it might be usable.
