Published! https://www.npmjs.com/package/minecraft-protocol-forge

It still may have some bugs/missing features (notably https://github.com/PrismarineJS/node-minecraft-protocol-forge/issues/2 and https://github.com/PrismarineJS/node-minecraft-protocol-forge/issues/1) but good enough for an initial release.
