Overview

This PR is packed with commenting, organizational changes, new tests, and new endpoints for both the Java Edition Realm API and the Bedrock Edition Realm API.

Note: This PR is not fully done yet and will be done shortly (just have docs to write). For now, it will be a draft PR.
