Add Mocha Testing and setup with gulp

Add Mocha Testing Framework and setup Gulk task to run it as part of Codeship task.

• Must be setup to run in codeship task
• Must be able to be run from the CLI
• Must be stored in a "test" folder
• Should include 1 test to verify it works.
• Would like to use BDD Interface
• Would like to use Dot Matrix reporter for codeship
• Would like to use Spec reporter for CLI.
