Add night/day

Implements night and day light changes.

• 1000 ticks before 13000 time the sky darkens slowly to black, and 1000 ticks before time 0 it lightens again
• directional light is updated to provide dawn, midday and dusk lighting effects
• the ambient light at night depends on the phase of the moon

Possible enhancements:

• add a moon and sun at the right position in the sky
• make application of night and day a setting so it can be disabled
