ahhh, interesting. Well I don't think Shader Patch itself uses anything from 1909, it's just the configurator/installer that does. If you manual install it (copy the contents of shaderpatch.zip into GameData
yourself) I think it will work. The downside is the comments were removed from shader patch.yml
for configuring it, I've had others ask for them to be added back so it may be that that is what needs to happen. As an aside a lot of the comments from the v1.3 config file will still be applicable to the v1.4 one.
I'll think about replacing the configurator itself as well maybe though, given this and #132 using WinRT APIs for it may not be best.

Currently using LTSC, so would be nice to have an updated version of shaderpatch to use :)
