AliceBlue: Cancellation of CO does not work #111

A square-off failed, as AutoTrader could not cancel CO order. Broker's system gives a success response; but the order is not cancelled. On trading platform, we saw a reason "CO cannot be cancelled".

Tested successfully, there was a bug in CO cancellation.
